HEALTH & BEAUTY

Are you one of those people who only pay attention to their body when they feel pain or discomfort?

You never realize the amount of truth in the saying ‘health is wealth’ until you fall ill. The sooner you pay attention to your body the better. The body needs proper nourishment, exercise, and relaxation to cope with the wear and tear that comes with every day living.

Beauty they say is in the eye of the beholder do you agree? The quest for beauty has spun multi-million business empires. Offering a range of products from elixirs, cosmetic surgery, hair extensions, to make up. It may sound cliché but true beauty originates from within. If you feel good on the inside it is bound to reflect on the outside.

It is not necessarily a beautiful woman or a handsome man that turns the most heads it is the physically attractive person. Do you consider yourself to be physically attractive?  Physical attraction does begin with your inner you. Have you ever admired your naked reflection in a mirror? If yes when was the last time you did so? If no, do try it? You cannot expect people to find you attractive if you do not find yourself attractive.

Listen to your body, make the effort to create and maintain harmony between your body and your mind. Do not allow what you consider to be your physical flaw(s) define you. What matters is that you make a conscious effort to lead a healthy lifestyle and live your life with zest and vigour.

I believe that how you feel is very important to how you look - that healthy equals beautiful.
